An informant recruitment technique purposive sampling. data analysis an interactive model. results show that collaborative pentahelix conducted by government sector, private society as a whole well coordinated executed. stakeholders have definite role establishment collaboration. each stakeholder involved, such district government, has facilitator organizer Banyumasan; academics at ITTP Telkom Purwokerto, drafters Banyumasan activities implementers; arts culture community, supporter traditional handicrafts tools support promote MSMEs Banyumas Regency; mass media supporting field information communication form dissemination wide scope.
